A tailored Airspace marketplace that reflects Ralph Lauren’s brand identity, enhancing customer engagement through hyper-personalized, spatial experiences that resonate with the brand’s heritage and aesthetic while cultivating consumer interaction and loyalty.

SPATIAL INTERFACE
I conducted competitive analysis to identify key spatial retail features and evaluate strategies for leveraging spatial and AI capabilities to enhance the digital shopping experience.
Notably, the insights from the analysis evolved our framework into directions we wanted to avoid, as our competitors had focused more their spatial experiences on marketing endeavors. We instead needed to focus on creating an experience that drives conversions.

Building from the research and discovery, we identified key shopper types, workshopped significant moments in their journeys and outlined their end-to-end experience.
